Refill Your Pet’s Prescriptions

If your pet was prescribed a medication by an AVIM&O veterinarian, and you need a refill*, please give us a call to make the request. Please contact us between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, at least three days before you need the medication. This will ensure that there is sufficient time for preparation and pickup or ordering the medication.

An attending veterinarian* is typically responsible for filling and refilling the initial prescription. In some cases, this may be your primary veterinarian. In other cases, it would be one of our veterinarians.

*If your regular veterinarian is continuing the care and monitoring of your pet’s condition, he/she is considered the attending veterinarian and is responsible for prescribing additional medications or refills.
